10% of total build. The first month of support is required for all engagements to ensure a stable, optimized launch. This is where the highest volume of configuration refinements occur.

7% of total build. The second and third months focus on knowledge base updates, workflow adjustments, and performance tuning as your team settles into daily usage.

Month 4+, Optional

10% of total build. Ongoing support for organizations that want active system stewardship as their operations and strategy evolve beyond the initial build scope.

For total builds of $15,000 or more, the first four months of Product Support are included in the engagement at no additional cost.
